LaRocco Calls for Iraq Change

Larry LaRocco, Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate, called again today for an immediate change of course in the war in Iraq. "As an Army veteran and a Congressman who voted against the Gulf War in 1991, I have opposed the Iraq War from the outset. After more than four years, many thousands dead and injured and billions of dollars of debt, it's long past time for Congress to re-assert its authority over the cost of the war," LaRocco said. LaRocco at Amalgamated Sugar

Larry LaRocco, candidate for the U.S. Senate, said today that he will work for a day at the Amalgamated Sugar plant in Nampa on Wednesday, September 12, starting at 7:30 a.m. This is LaRocco's 10th job in his "working for Senate" campaign.
